I’m Anna Wilson, a whole-of-market mortgage and protection adviser based in Cornwall, supporting clients across Cornwall, Devon and the UK. With over 28 years’ experience in the property industry, I know the journey behind a mortgage, from first enquiry through to completion.
I help people understand their mortgage and protection options clearly, whether they are buying their first home, moving house, remortgaging, investing in buy-to-let, or trying to find a way forward with more complex circumstances.

My background in property gives me a wider understanding of what clients are dealing with when they buy, sell, remortgage or invest.
I have been around property for much of my life, from a family background in construction to my own experience buying, selling, letting, refurbishing and managing property. I have also worked across property sales, sales progression and new-build development, dealing with solicitors, buyers, surveyors and other professionals along the way.
A mortgage is rarely just a form to complete. It often sits alongside moving dates, estate agents, solicitors, affordability checks, family decisions and financial pressure. Because I understand the property process, I can support you with practical guidance that looks beyond the mortgage application itself.
This experience helps me spot potential issues, ask the right questions early and guide you through the process with clarity.
